As you enter the gated community with a guard on duty 24/7, the entry landscaping features an elegant extended pool with towering columns and four cascading fountains welcoming you. Just beyond the gate is the social centerpiece of the community, the Tivoli Club. The Tivoli Club is located on the eastern edge of our eight acre lake that has three lighted fountains allowing for spectacular sunset views. Staffed with an Activities Director, the Tivoli Club boasts superior amenities, the kind you would expect to see in larger communities: a top-of-the-line fitness center with treadmills, ellipticals, recumbent bicycles, weight machines and dumbbells; a resort-style heated swimming pool with sun deck and covered terrace; two card rooms; an arts & crafts room, a library with a wide range of books for residents to borrow; a computer room with desktop computers and online connection for residents’ use; a media room to enjoy big-screen entertainment in plush reclining seats; a billiards table; a social room; and a gathering hall with a piano, bar and kitchen facilities. Also in the complex are four lighted Har-Tru tennis courts. Activities abound throughout the year at the Tivoli Club, from evening dances to holiday breakfasts, from special guest speakers to intimate concerts. And planned excursions outside the community expand the spectrum … plays, casinos, sports, charity events and so much more.
