One of the advantages of a community our size is that you can become as involved as you like. We have a range of clubs and committees that appeal to diverse interests and by joining you can really make a difference. Our Homeowners Association is managed by a dedicated board of directors and supported by an active base of residents on committees essential to the continued stability and ongoing maintenance of our community. Through their diligent work and keen management of budgets Tivoli Reserve is financially solid and well positioned to care for our current and future infrastructure needs. Our reserve fund is more than adequate to cover long term expenses as well as emergencies, such as hurricanes. Our quarterly maintenance fees are in line with other communities of comparable size. These fees not only cover regular maintenance of the community, such as weekly lawn and landscape care, but also scheduled exterior painting of our homes and power washing of our roofs. Cable service and much more is also included. With an on-site management company available, all homeowner questions/concerns are handled promptly. We encourage open communication within the community through monthly HOA meetings, monthly workshop meetings, Town Hall meetings, a monthly newsletter, and a community website.
